Ordering

  • How do I place an order on Rupa Online Store?

    Follow the given steps to place an order on Rupa Online Store:
    1. Search for an item of your choice. Click on the product. Check its particulars. Check the delivery option.
    2. Register with us. You can also proceed as a Guest by entering your email id. (It’s better to register us, as it helps you to order faster. You can also keep updated about the latest products and trends through our email newsletters.)
    3. Provide your shipping address. Double check the address for any errors.
    4. Enter Coupon code, if applicable.
    5. Check the order details.
    6. Select payment option (Net-Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Rupa Wallet)
    7. Place your order.
  • How do I know my order has been successfully placed?

    You will receive a confirmation mail in your registered Email id, once your order is placed successfully. You can check your order details by clicking on the link.
  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail with the shipment number and tracking code. You can track the status of your shipment using this code on the courier service provider’s website. Sometimes it may take 48 hours to get the tracking code.

    You can also track your order through 'My Account' section.
  • Can I modify my order once my order is successfully placed?

    Change address

    Please write to customer.care@rupa.co.in or call us at our toll free number: 1800 123 5001 (10 AM to 7 PM IST on weekdays) to change your address, after the order is placed.

    Please note, your address change request will only be considered, if your order has not been shipped.


    Modify/add a product

    You will not be able to modify your order, once the order is shipped. You will have to place a new order if you want to add any new product.


    Ask for a later delivery date

    To receive your order at a later date, please coordinate with the courier person once he contacts you for delivering the product.

  • How do I change my address?

    To change your address, the following steps:
    1. Log in to Rupa Online Store
    2. Go to My Account
    3. Click 'Saved Addresses'
    4. Enter your address details
    5. Click Save
  • Will you refund the shipping charges, if I cancel my order?

    If you cancel your order within 3 hours of placing the order or before being shipped (whichever first), your shipping charges will be refunded.

    In case you cancel some products in your order before shipping, we will refund the charges in proportion to the total number of products in the order.

    If your order is subsequently cancelled by us, we will refund 100% of your shipping charges.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Please contact our customer care executive at Toll Free 1800 123 5001 (10 AM to 7 PM IST on weekdays) or write to customer.care@rupa.co.in to cancel your order.
  • How will I get my refund if I cancel my order?

    You can receive refund amount in two forms: (i) Rupa Wallet, or (ii) Bank Account.

    It will take minimum 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your Rupa Wallet.

    For transactions done through Credit Card/Debit Card/Online banking, the amount will be refunded in your bank account. It may take 14-15working days after the initiation of refund process to reflect the amount in your bank account.

  • How can I cancel one/few products from my order?

    To cancel one or more products from your order, click on My Order and then select the product you want to cancel.
  • Is there any shipping charge for my order?

    Shipping charges are only applicable for order(s) below INR 500.

    We except payment through the following methods:

    3. Net-Banking
    4. Rupa Wallet
  • Is it safe to use my Debit /Credit Card on Rupa Online Store?

    Rupa Online Store website is provided with the highest possible security measures in order to protect your card details. We use CC Avenue Payment Gateway, which among the most trusted and secure payment gateways at present time. Adding another layer to the security of the consumers, you are required to provide a 3D secure password to complete your transaction.
  • Are there any hidden charges applicable on my order?

    No hidden charges are applicable for any order. The price listed on Rupa Online Store is final and inclusive of all taxes.
  • What to do in case of payment failure?

    In case of payment failure, we advise you to check your credentials. Please check if you’ve provided the correct name, address, other account details, and/or password. You may also check if your internet connectivity is proper and uninterrupted, during the transaction.
  • What to do if my account has been debited ever after receiving payment failure notification?

    In case your account has been debited, ever after receiving payment failure notification, contact your bank's nearest branch. You can also call our customer care executive at Toll Free 1800 123 5001 (10 AM to 7 PM IST on weekdays) or write to customer.care@rupa.co.in.
